The Service Request App allows anyone to contribute to the enterprise asset management or facility management objectives of an organization by allowing users to log service requests.

Assets or sections of the organization are each assigned a unique QR code which can be scanned using any smart device.

Once scanned, the user will be directed to the Service Request App where they can log in as either a registered employee or using their email address.

A list of service requests which have already been created for the asset is displayed which the user can scan through to see if their service request has already been logged.

If still required, the user can create a new service request with all the details of the work required and select the option to receive a link where they can keep updated on the progress of their request.

This information is then sent to the organization’s electronic asset management system to be scheduled and executed.
